1Order Processing
All orders are processed from our workshop within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g., sale events, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance time for international orders, which can add 1–5 additional business days depending on your country.
4Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order number and tracking number.
- A link to track your package on the carrier's website.
- Estimated delivery date (where available).
You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.
5International Orders
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International customers should be aware of the following:
- Customs duties & taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs delays: We cannot control customs processing times. Delays at customs are outside our responsibility.
- Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
- Restricted countries: We are unable to ship to countries under international trade sanctions or export restrictions.
6Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
- If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
- For damaged items, please photograph the damage and packaging before contacting us.
- All our shipments are insured — you will not be left out of pocket.
7Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to make address changes after an order has been dispatched.
- If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 1 hour and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
- XylocoatDB is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
